Ridgeview Ledger Co is a cloud accounting information systems company. We design, implement, and operate the back-office accounting stack for owner-led and operator-led businesses — built on QuickBooks Online, integrated with the right adjacent tools, and run by contracted non-CPA accountants.

Our core specialties are small businesses in agriculture, food service, forestry, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, mining, and real-estate development — the industries that built the I-81 corridor and that we understand operationally as well as financially.

Our lead practitioner is a Certified Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, an Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional, and Intuit Certified in QuickBooks Payroll. Tax returns are prepared and electronically filed under an active IRS Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) and Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) — regulatory authorizations rather than certifications.

Where we work
Headquartered in Abingdon, Virginia. Our primary operating region runs from Kingsport to Abingdon — where in-person meetings are routine. Our broader service area follows the I-81 corridor between Knoxville and Roanoke. For organizations outside the corridor, we deliver the same engagement model fully remote across the United States.
How we engage
- Scope before signature. Every engagement is scoped, written, and priced before work begins.
- Fixed-fee where possible. Implementations are project-priced; ongoing back-office is a fixed monthly fee.
- Documented, not opaque. You get the as-built system documentation. If you ever leave, you take the system with you.
- Coordinated, not siloed. When work falls outside our scope, we coordinate with your CPA, EA, or tax attorney, or refer you to a licensed practitioner.
